Manager – Case Management (Pediatrics)
Manager of approx 30 Case Managers, who will provide case management and care coordination services for Pediatrics. They screening admitted patients and provide services to all appropriate inpatients and outpatients who receive care at Sidra. Case load allocation is through unit based assignment, population based, or service line assignment and will provide support to the clinical teams by ensuring the goals and services identified and needed by patients as they move through the care continuum are met. - 1612
Nurse Manager – Special Procedures Unit (Pediatric)
The Pediatric Special Procedures unit will have a total of 7 procedure rooms to accommodate the specialties of Gastroenterology, Hepatobiliary, and Pulmonology. The Unit will provide routine screening, diagnostic, therapeutic and minor surgical procedures for pediatric patients, both inpatient and outpatient. The Unit will treat patients with upper and lower gastrointestinal, pancreatic, hepatobiliary, and pulmonary disorders using a variety of specialized endoscopic and radiographic examinations. Other conditions that require minor procedural interventions are also carried out in the Special Procedures Unit. - 1666

Nurse Manager PACU (Women and Children)
This position will manage 3 Post Anesthesia Care Units (PACU) totalling 40 beds:
1 x 28 bed Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) for pediatric and gynecological patients, and
2 x 6 bed Obstetric PACUsNeonates may be recovered in PACU or be transferred to NICU directly from the OR.
The Obstetrical Anesthesia Care Units will provide continuous intensive care for women and infants during Phase I recovery following surgical or invasive procedures that take place within the C-section and Neonatal/Fetal Surgery Operating Rooms.

Nurse Manager – Operating Rooms
20 OR environments including: 6 Obstetric, 12 general Pediatric (incl 2 for cardiac surgery), 1 Interventional OR in the MRI Suite. The 3 room MRI Interventional Suite will include a Hybrid Cardiovascular AR/Operating Room, diagnostic /interventional MRI, and an Intraoperative MRI Operating Room. All ORs will be digitally integrated to accommodate surgical procedures eligible for open, endoscopic, and minimally invasive approaches. The dual use MRI is centrally located between the two interventional operating rooms and will be used for diagnostic imaging and image guided procedures.

Sidra’s 22 bed General Medical Pediatric Unit. Conditions and diagnoses treated will include therapeutic services to children and adolescents with all forms of esophageal, gastrointestinal, liver, pancreatic and nutritional disorders, and general medical conditions requiring supportive treatments and diagnostic procedures. It will also include adolescents who are overweight or possess unhealthy risk behaviors through a healthy lifestyle program. - 1728

Sidra’s Specialty Medical Pediatric unit will be a 22 bed ward providing care in the following areas: hematology, immunology, rheumatology, endocrinology, metabolic medicine, dermatology, infectious diseases, genetic disorders. - 1583
Nurse Manager – Obstetric and Gynecology Clinic
Sidra’s Obstetric Gynecology clinic will run 8 clinics over normal working hours, 5 days per week. With a total of 41 patient spaces the clinic will provide consultation, diagnostic and follow up services for female patients with gynecological disorders and pre and post-partum care.
Services will include a center for Perinatal Medicine offering outpatient aspects of expectant delivery and post natal care management, prenatal/genetic counseling, high risk screening program, fetal surgery, maternal fetal medicine and perinatal epidemiology. Gynecological services will include low complexity gynecological disorders and gynecologic urogynecology. - 1598
Nurse Manager – Obstetric Diagnostic Clinic
Sidra’s Obstetric Diagnostic Clinic will provide consultation and diagnostic services for high and low risk antenatal maternal fetal testing. There will be 14 patient spaces for Ultrasound, and 5 for non stress testing. - 1645
Nurse Manager – Pediatric Clinic for Orthopedics, Craniomaxillary, and Facial Plastics
The Pediatric Orthopedic Craniomaxillary and Facial Plastics clinic will offer consultation, diagnostic testing and treatment for children and adolescents presenting problems related to the musculoskeletal system including inflammatory, developmental, neoplastic and metabolic problems as well as musculoskeletal issues secondary to a traumatic event, and variety of craniomaxillary problems resulting from birth deformities, injury or trauma and patients with burn injuries.
NB: The exact mix of clinical specialties in our pediatric clinics may change slightly as we move towards opening. - 1733
Nurse Manager – Antepartum Unit
Sidra’s 24 bed Antepartum unit will provide care for pregnant women greater than 20 completed weeks gestation with chronic illnesses; complications of pregnancy; and/or fetal conditions; prenatal tests or research procedures requiring hospitalization or observation; Reproductive endocrinology tests and procedures requiring hospitalization. - 1648
Nurse Manager – Newborn Nursery
Sidra will have 4 Newborn Nurseries each of 16 cots (total 64), with one Manager. The nurseries will provide care to stable, newly delivered infants following either spontaneous vaginal delivery or operative cesarean delivery, until discharge. Sidra envisions utilizing a ‘Rooming-in’ model however infants can be admitted to the Newborn Nursery based on their individualized diagnosis and status. Admission may be from Birthing Center I or II, OB Triage, the Ante partum Unit, or the Emergency Department.
