Saudi National Day, held this year on September 26, marks the day that the King Abdulaziz announced the country as a kingdom in 1932, joining of all the regions into one unified country.

Saudi National Day is recognized as a national holiday in the Kingdom and all cities and towns offer celebratory programs of events with various displays of Saudi history and traditions.
Saudi Embassies and Consulates worldwide also host celebrations that include sharing and showcasing the country’s heritage, food, history, traditions and culture. In observance of this national holiday, the Saudi Consulate in Houston, TX held a celebration at the Hilton Hotel located in the Galleria area which was attended by the Managing Director of SA International, Suleiman Arabie.
